STEPS TO REGISTER:
**You MUST be a member of Beyond the Books to enroll your child. To become a member you must...
1. Fill out the membership/registration form when enrolling your child. Forms may be submitted by sending to BeyondtheBooks@protonmail.com or email us and we will give you an address to send them to!
2. Pay Septembers tuition.
Once all steps have been completed and dues are paid, you are officially enrolled members of Beyond the Books!
Pricing

Enrollment fee is due upon registration so materials can be ordered in a timely fashion. This will cover September's membership fee. The next payment will be due October 1st and every 1st of the month thereafter. Payments can be made via cash (preferred) or check. All payments made after the enrollment can be made on the 1st of the month or in biweekly payments on the 1st and 15th. All information regarding payments, late fees etc can be found in the intake registration form and handbook.

Enrollment fee covers all textbooks/workbooks, Wilson tile boards and materials, some reading books necessary for the curriculum and basic supplies for the classroom. A small grade level supply list will be sent home for each class prior to the start of the year.

Any additional services such as speech, extracurricular activities, tutoring, field trips etc. will be an additional cost paid to either Beyond the Books or the service provider. This will be made known to you upon signing up.

Morning and afternoon playgroup
Monday - Friday 630-8:00 am and 2:00-4:00 pm
For parents needing to drop their child off earlier or pick up later, BTB will provide a morning and afternoon playgroup. During this time, children will engage in sports, arts and crafts, play and receive homework help all under the supervision of one of our staff. Breakfast can be brought in during the morning playgroup and snacks can be brought in, or purchased from our snack cart, for the afternoon. Playgroup will open at 6:30 am and close at 4:00 pm. Prices are as follows:

Students can participate and/or be dropped off early on an unscheduled basis for $25 for the morning and $35 for the afternoon. 24 hours notice is required to assure we have a staff member available.
