Click to Download each of the files. Every file is needed to complete the registration process. Please download and read the handbook before completing the registration process. These forms are due BEFORE our first day of learning! You can submit them by uploading them to your computer and emailing them to Beyondthebooks@protonmail.com, delivering them to the director, or email us and we'll send you an address to mail them to!

Registration and membership intake form
Medication authorization
This file will complete your membership registration. This form is both your membership agreement and your child's registration into the program. This file includes registration forms, contact info, photo release forms and student pick up release information.
Only fill out this form if your child requires medication to be administered during the day.
Academic Calendar
Beyond the Books is located in Sportika (during their closed hours) in Manalapan, New Jersey. Therefore, we closely follow the calendar of the Manalapan School District. You will be notified of closings or delayed openings due to inclement weather via the Remind App and our Facebook page. Any changes made to the calendar during the year will be brought to your attention.
